US Bureau of Reclamation – Umatilla Field Office Roof Replacement Project
As a project manager under a previous entity, Hang Intel assisted in completing a full metal roof system replacement, including gutters and downspouts for the D.O.I.’s Bureau of Reclamation Office in Hermiston, OR. The project was completed over 1.5 weeks. The area of replacement for the office was roughly 7,000 SQFT which also involved the removal of discontinued solar-tube lighting fixtures.
Barksdale Air Force Base – Road Re-Striping
As a project manager under a previous entity, Hang Intel assisted in the completion a road restriping/beautification job for the Barksdale Air Force in Bossier Parish, Louisiana. The project was completed over 2 weeks. Duties included sand-blasting/grinding away of existing deteriorating paint, painting new street lines, walkways, “stop” zones, and adding reflective material to street lines.
US Coast Guard – Floor Replacement
Hang Intel provided brand new LVP flooring for the USCG. The replacement covered the Exchange room (CGX) and the Electronic Detachment Support room (ESD). Approximately 2500 SQFT of existing carpet was removed with pre-existing adhesives also being scraped off. This allowed our team to successfully install LVP, which had to be coordinated with onsite painters and furniture movers. This project was completed within 1.5 weeks.
Forest Service – Multiple Roof Replacements & Roof Extension
Hang Intel completed the reroofing of 4 small properties belonging to the Forest Service. The total area was about 100 squares, consisting of asphalt shingle replacement, fascia replacement, paintwork, and installing a 4×8 roof extension over a cellar door. Demolition and installation were completed over a span of 5 days.
US Bureau of Reclamation – Modular Home Roof Replacement
Hang Intel completed the reroofing of an 1800 SQFT modular office/home for the Bureau of Reclamation. Replacement involved Class F asphalt shingles, and small repairs of the decking with the reuse of existing gutter system as requested by the owners. This project was completed within 2 days.
National Park Service – TPO Flat Roof Replacement
Hang Intel was awarded a contract to provide a new flat roofing system for the National Park Service. The flat roof was to be replaced due to water damage that had crept into the multiple existing layers of TPO over the years. Due to the water damage, the fascia and decking were rotten and required immediate repairs to maintain the new roof’s lifespan. Along with new decking and fascia, our team provided sloped insulation and DensDeck for strength. The project was roughly 10 squares and was completed within 3 days.
